Placing an Order

Your Existing Order

If you need to add new items to an existing order, you have to place an additional order. We don’t store any credit card information and we cannot process any changes made after an order is placed.

We accept cancelations for full priced products within 60 minutes after placing an order.  We suggest you to contact us at immediately within that time frame if you’ve to

cancel an order. All cancellations are time-sensitive for us because we try to process order as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

It may take us 1 to 3 business days to fulfill your order before we will be able to dispatch it. But be sure that we do everything we can to deliver your order at your doorstep as early as possible.

Once we dispatch your order, it may take us between 7 to 10 working days to make the delivery, though this will mainly depend on your locality as well as if there is any holiday in between the delivery period.

Don’t worry. Slight delay in shipment may occur because of many reasons e.g. current or upcoming holidays which are not business days for postal and delivery services.  Your country’s custom department may also take a significant amount of time to check your parcel.

We’re happy to offer FREE shipping worldwide! But please remember that duties and other shipping costs for international shipments are totally non-refundable

Of course we do! But we do not bear the responsibility for any custom charges. This is because customs usually charge their own fees that are not related to our shipping costs. They have their own authority and they reserve their own right to charge as they see fit. 

We provide you an opportunity to track your order yourself. All you have to do is just indicate your tracking number. Soon after you get this number after the conformation of the shipment, fill that in on the Order Lookup page, add your email address, and then click on the “Find Order” button. You will instantly see the current location of your parcel and all the stages that the delivery has gone through so far.

Refunds & Returns


Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Since few of the handmade items available here are custom-made, we are unable to accept any exchanges/returns or offer any refunds for these items.

Additional non-returnable items: 

- Gift cards 

- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Products with obvious signs of use 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
